foremost, i'm so so SO sorry my lovely NIE babes for not following you guys to the very much anticipated JB trip. my paranoia about safety amongst other reasons. but i hope you babes had fun and makan-ed all those lovely food. next time okay?
finally had a date with nazerah after sooooo long. we decided to head off to orchard after much contemplation. you see, she wanted to catch those bollywood actors filming but we were not sure where they were exactly so we randomly picked town as we so do not want to camp at their hotel (not that very fanatic). yup, we DO know where they were staying thanks to sweets who works part time at the hotel.
can you believe our luck when we actually bumped into one of them, katrina kaif to be exact, in dorothy perkins store at wisma atria. she wore simple slack clothes and looks pretty sans make up but people, she is indeed very stuck up. here's how our short conversation went:
Nazerah: excuse me, do you mind if we take a picture?
Katrina: yea. ok. (with very disinterested tone and facial expression. it was if she was silently saying, 'Do i have to to do this? sighs')
seriously, you know u are a well known celebrity, a very pretty one to boot, but hey, what's with the stinking attitude? no effort to make conversation nor even smile genuinely. once u are a celebrity, like it or not, your life would mostly somewhat be under scrutiny. thus, taking photos, with the public is something you are expected to do. and sincerely at that. tsk tsk. maybe she has a bout of depression or something looking so forlorn shopping alone. poor little rich famous girl.
katrina aside. we managed to window shopped alot. saw soooo many oh-so-pretty dresses at zara, dorothy perkin's etc but we finally settled for a dress each at far east plaza. for a steal at $28 each. clearance sale la. it is INSANE the amount of dresses i have but once i get my kachings next week, i'm so going to get more of them at all those stores that i have 'bookmarked'. haha. and also do my horrendous hair.
disgressing a little...
miss spending time with sweets. poor little thing works part time and have long shifts to earn some kachings too. it's ok, i understand. just hope for your off days.
